The Superintendent is responsible for field activities of a small to large size water and/or wastewater plant construction project(s).  The specifics are as follows:

• Self-Starter, takes initiative, works without Supervision, a leader, resourceful, problem solver
  
• Complete Coordination of Jobsite Operations including: deliveries, subcontractors & company personnel
  
• Understand a Project Budget including cost coding of labor and field purchases against the budget
  
• Creation and Maintain a 6-Week Look-A-Head Schedule including coordination of vendors & subcontractors
  
• Field Documentation including daily reports and as-builts
  
• Establish & Monitor Site Safety including hazard awareness, weekly toolbox talks and equipment checklists
• Participate in Project Meetings including Pre-Construction and Progress Meetings.
• An Effective Level of comprehension of Contract Documents including; Specifications,  Drawings,  Submittals and RFIs.
• Oversee & Ensure Overall Quality Control, do the task right the first time.
  
• Written & Verbal Communication Skills with all project personnel, especially the Owner & Engineer.
• Understanding of Microsoft Office software
• Approx. 5+ years Water/Wastewater Plant Construction Experience
